ICE TV XML guide works but does not import (1 Viewer)

Using 1.1. Version clean install into Windows 7 (sorry not sure how to get the rest of the inofmraiton into the software and machine version you guys post up)

Using the download tvguide.xml in the plugins area works and I can see the resulting .xml file no issues. It is stored in the directory with the xmltv.dtd files located in it.

When pressing the import buttom on the plugin's - xmltv - general tab in the TVB Server Configuration software, it reports


Total Channels Imported 16
Total programs imported 0
Import Status [Blank]

When opening the .xml file in a browser I can see all the program info so I know it is there. How do I go about getting Media Portal to "see" the contents of the .xml beyond the channels?

Below is an excerpt from my notes I made when I installed 1.1.0 yesterday. Have you loaded your channels on the Mappings tab?

Enable XmlTv plugin
XmlTv plugin>General tab>set path to tvguide.xml & enable time compensation
Mappings tab>Load/Refresh>Save
Back to General tab>Force import (will take around a minute)

yeh the channels need to be mapped properly to the name of the channels in the guide or else they wont be recognised

took me some time to figure that one out also
