You guys may probably already be aware of this, but today I stumbled across TVersity, a mediaplayer that is presumably especially good at streaming internet content to various devices (i.e. ps3, xbox, iphone, pda, etc).
I think both parties would benefit (at least functionally) by somehow assimilating or adapting each others product.
Go check it out and see if there's something to be gained
