iMon: move right and display delay (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

I used a dev version of team mediaportal for more than two years now and just decided to reinstall my htpc today.
Now I have a very fresh system with nearly everything running perfectly thanks so far!!!

but there are two problems left:
- move right with the remote does not work, up - down and left works without any problem (im pretty sure it is not a problem with the remote control)
- the vfd display shows up the information 3-5 seconds later than expected, for example as I chose "My Video" the display shows MyVideo about 5 seconds after choosing the corresponding menu item

It would be very nice if I could get some hints from you!

I use the following software:
- fresh install of team mediaportal
- this IRSS version and the MP Control Plugin for IR Server - configured as described in the first post in this threat

- Mini Display as it was installed with team mediaportal

My case is a silverstone lc14m (with the imon display and remote control). I think the other hardware in use is not important so far...
