You can define multiple 'views', which allow you to filter down the type of shows you want to display. I've got multiple views myself to keep the shows my wife watches, the show I watch and the shows we watch together in an easy overview.
'All' and 'Favorites' are default if memory serves me well. I've changed things soo much to fit the way I like it, that I've lost track on how the out-of-the-box experience is. Just go to the configuration panel, so you have an easier view on the settings and can make changes faster, but you can control it from within the GUI.
