Import Channel Data Error (1 Viewer)

I have the latest versions of MediaPortal. I've been following the setup guide. I'm trying to import channel data in WebEPG Config. I downloaded the updated WebEPG.exe I found on the forum. I'm getting this error: "2009-02-19 20:24:17.906250 [ERROR][WebEPG Config]: WebEPG Config: Import failed - The database backend (provider SQLServer) could not be reached."

I have SQL Browser set to automatic and it's running. I'm running MediaPortal on Windows XP w/ SP3. Any ideas?

I forgot to mention, I checked the firewall settings too and they are correct.
