Impossible to delete a h264 DVB-T recorded tv program! (1 Viewer)

I install MP 1.0.1 over 1.0 and now i cannot delete a recorded tv programm based on H264 codec. A dialog message informs me that 'the programm cannot be deleted'.
It was working well under MP 1.0.

A bug??
