Collect impovements in threads, so all users can check for already reported suggestions.

Description:
I would suggest to collect improvement suggestions in sticky threads for separate areas. This give all users the possibility to check if a suggestion is already reported for the area. Developer can comment the suggestion like "Appoved", "In progress" or "Denied". Organisation can look like this:
[TV] Improvement Suggestions
[Music] Improvement Suggestions
[Pictures] Improvement Suggestions
...
I think it makes the forum more clearer.
