install fails at splexpr64.exe (1 Viewer)

Hi all
i am running vista 64 with all updates and keep failing at the above point when doing a manual install (changing installation directory).
Any help have been reading all day and getting frustrated now

I have not seen that one but it is possible that after installing the 1.32 x86 version that I scanned and tested TV before installing the x64, but not sure it that would make any difference!
