Hi,
Prior to realease of RC1 I had gone back to using Microsoft Media Center to watch TV because of unsufficient WAF for TV server (still used mediaportal for TV series and music though). Both of them could live together on my system without interfering it seems, at least I didn't notice anything.
When RC1 got out I wanted to try and completely removed previous mediaportal install to make a clean install of RC1.
The problem is now I can't watch anymore TV in MCE. Well, I can launch MCE, start up TV, but then I can't change channels; if I try all I get is a "No signal" message.
Completely uninstalling RC1 left me with the same mess.
So I wonder wether mediaportal modifies something in the MCE settings (shuts down some services?) and then forgets to get it back as it should be on uninstall?
Thanks,
Baka
