Can anyone help please!!!!

I'm very new to all this so please excuse my ignorance.Think MediaPortal is fantastic but I'd like to try a new skin MP360,looks really cool.With written guidance i've managed to install some skins but i'm completely baffled with this one.Can anyone help with installing it cause i'd really like to try it.
Really appreciate any help.
