the manual about how to install a 3rd party plugin is (should) always be included with the 3rd party plugin.
if there isnt any advice about the installation, get in contact with the plugin author
The "Source" folder is the source code for the plugin so that you could modify it if you wanted to. You can just ignore the "Source" folder.
