Well. Here are my results for now. Everything seems to be working OK.Im using the SAF codec installation from Hoborg. Its based on the mpc-hc codec for VC1+H.264. For mpeg I use powerdvd codec (but who cares about mpeg these days).Internal subs OKExternal subs OKTested with1080P wmv - The Dark Knight (external sub)720P mkv - Enchanted (external sub)720P mkv - Jumper (external sub)720P mkv - Transformers (internal sub)720P mkv - The day after tomorrow (internal sub)All are working OK with dxva turned on. Judged this on cpu usage. Avg cpu usage during allplayback is ~ 3-5%. Normally without dxva this is 25+%Me is very happy now [edit]additional info:I have a ATI HD 4350 and im using catalyst 8.12.At this moment, Functionwise I havent seen any problems with this upgrade. Only wish for me is a configuration.exe with the correct version number so I can still use it.[edit 2]After 10 minutes of digging I found a way to alter the version number of the configuration.exe. I now have the alterred exe file with the correct version numbers. I dont know if it is allowed to upload like this, but here it is.
