Tried everything so far:

Reclock on  = stuttering

Reclock off  = stuttering

Aero and Vsync off = stuttering on the same places, but different then before (it stutters quicker)

Aero off vsync on = stuttering

Aero on vsync off = stuttering

again, whatever settings I choose, this doesn't happen in MPC-HC.
