can you handle more ffdshow filters like sharpen, Blur & NR?

Yes, the base was here now and we can add these, need to add code but yes it's possible.

There is too much option, so my idea is to add the ON/OFF feature from OSD for sharpen, Blur, NR and Level.
I'm already working on Video Delay and it's work nice
