Integration with Online Videos (1 Viewer)

I browse IMDB Movie trailers and for a movie, click on "add to watchlist" but when I go to Trakt and look at my watchlist, the movie isn't there (curiously, there is a lot of stuff I didn't add). Is the update immediate or is there a time delay?

It should be immediate assuming the movie exists on trakt.
