Intel Media PC VFD (1 Viewer)

Hello, I am new to MP but am going to stick with it as i find it an excellent HTPC app. The only problem I have is i can not get the VFD to work. Has anyone had any success with this PC. It is also badged by Alienware and Hi Grade (DMS2). It was manufactured by Tatung the VFD is a Fatuba display but not sure of the controller.
I have also tried with mythbuntu, mythdora o/s but same issue. Any help would be appreciated

I have same display in my philips mpc 9350i display like this is in onkyo hdc-7 manufacturer is a tatung if you need more info i try take this from board. This vfd working in windows mce and windows vista i have for this drivers from philips. Dont work in mediaportal. Its posible to make this one working in mediaportal?

Can anyone help (see 1st post) with this VFD Display? further info: VID:8060 PID:6772 and is described as an Intel Front Panel Display, I have installed the Intel Front Panel Manager software which gives me the date and time but I get no further info from MediaPortal, I am using the MiniDisplay plugin and trying various drivers but still no joy.

Bump - is there any of the developers still interested in getting vfd displays to work within MP ?

I have now got my MediaPortal HTPC working exactly how i want it except for the VFD, can someone please help with this?

Thought I would post some pic's of the VFD in the hope someone somewhere has this display working in MP.

did you get it to work ?,i have the same display and wont show anyting ,i think there is a one kabel missing i'am not shure,but maybe you could help me
with that, i' have the white wide 7pins conector kabel unconeted to anyting ,help would be very helpfull .

my english maybe somewhat ackward this is because i,m from the netherlands
