IPTV does not working (1 Viewer)

What must i do for watching TV whith MediaPortal?

Version of MP is 1.1.1.0
I don't see where put a playlist file.
Scanning don't give a result.
Help me, please.

Not getting much from your posts, but I believe files shoudl be put here: C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbip

Sorry to posting many posts one after one...
My OS is WinXP:
Therebefore I must use this path
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbip\

Done. I watching IPTV now

But I don't see program shedule.
I have adobe-named EPG in JTV-format.
But XMLTV plugin does not work with JTV-format.

So ???
