IRSS crashes DirectInput (1 Viewer)

Hello, when running the IRSS service (after fresh istall, all configs on default) other applications aren't able to enumerate DirectInputdevices (this is especially annoying with games): The dxdiag programm for example Reports on startup: "Error: Problem getting input info, result code=0x80004005 (Generic failure)"
The Problem vanishes after stopping the service. Attached are the logfiles, i included the dxdiag logfile just to be sure.
