Is it possible to use buttons in front of thumbnailpanels? (1 Viewer)

In my skin im having a thumbnailpanel that shows nearly in the whole screen. For example in my music...
But when a song is played, I have a overlay on top in the upper center of the screen. And here I have all the Play/Stop/Pause buttons... But when selecting one of these buttons, it not only activate the corresponding action. It also have focus on the underneath album which means that when I press for example PAUSE, it also enter the album!

Ofcourse my button is before the thumbnailpanel in the xml code!

Any idea on what to do about this?

Hmm... actually, the overlay isn't "imported" or anything like that. I guess its hard coded to be shown whenever a mediafile is playing, so I dont know if the overlay is before or after the imported facade with the thumbnailpanel?? My button is coded in the overlay, and all images is in front of the thumbnailpanels so it Should be after the facade. !?
