IS this TV-Series bug? (after play = black screen) (1 Viewer)

my MP is set to black screen efter 300 secunds.
to pervent burn in, on my plasma.

after ive see an tv epesode, TV-Servies dos not take me back to the series view or eppesode view.
it takes me back to BLACK screen

is this but TV SERIES or MP ??

so i can report it the right place.. its hellish annoying

This is a problem with an old version of the tv-series in combination with the latest mediaportal version, you can resolve this by installing the new version:

its ben like this for some time now.
Test it on your box.
set screensaver to 20 secounds, set it to blackout screnn for burnin potection

start a tv ep.. FF to you have 1 minute left, and let it run
then when its finished MP thinks its ben idel, and will start scrensaver = black screen

Just guessing here, but could it be windows screensaver that kicks in? Or is it disabled on your computer?


Because that happened to me once, black screen when video was finished. I removed the setting "shut down screen after xx minutes" in screensaver settings window, and never had that problem again. Im using win7 ultimate btw.

i just have the same problem on my server/client in the living room.
after i watched a episode to the end i can't do anything it just freezes.

but not only mediaportal, even strg+alt+del dose not work the hole system is not responding.

mine dos not frezz.. just go black, i can use remote to get screen back.
