iso movie in mediaportal (1 Viewer)

i just have one question. how do i get mediaportal to read my iso movie?
i made an iso blu-ray movie and mediaportal doen't show the file,
is there something i need to do, for it to read it or do i have to change it to a different file.
mkv files work great. but i thought it also reads iso feels

Media Portal Configuration
Video's
Video Extensions.... In here add .iso as a video type restart media portal the .iso should show up now

Dunno if it will play I have no blu-ray experiance.... but it WILL show up now

i mount mine with Alcohol...bit clunky but works......

Why alcohol???? Deamon tools lite is free and works seamlessly with MP??

the dev's really need to just add .iso, .img and .bin to the default extensions.
this is always a PITA for new users.

I understand why they dont though.....without deamon tools or similiar setup mediaportal would be trying to play a filetype it cant... might crash it or something....

i agree they probably have good reason not to include it...
they all seem a tad bit smarter than i and i always appreciate their work.
