Synopsis::
Whenever I play a DVD that starts directly with a still image main menu, it initiates, but does not display immediately (black screen only). The menu is functional, just not visible. Eventually, the menu shows itself... or if you start the main title movie then hit the "dvd menu" command, it will show itself immediately.
Also, once you can actually see the menu, navigation is very slow to commands with either the keyboard or remote. Navigation with a mouse is VERY slow.
If the DVD starts with some kind of video playback, the still image menu will display immediately, but the slowness in navigation is present.
There doesn't seem to be any problems with displaying or navigating video based menus.
