ITvServerPlugin doesn't get OnTvServerEvent with latest SVN (1 Viewer)

The DirecTV tune plugin I wrote for the TV Server doesn't seem to receive the OnTvServerEvent when channels are changed. I have verified the plugin is loaded and no exceptions are being thrown. Is anyone else having the same problem?
