KWorld PVR-TV 883 unable to create graph (1 Viewer)

I have searched for an answer at many forums around the google but didnt found any. So i will try to ask again.
My K world pvr 883 tv card unable to create graph in media portal, i have installed latest drivers for my card, i have tried to create graph file with grathedit after all i found my card in mediaportal tv tuner configuration file and media portal see my tvtuner too, but i still get error Unabble to create graph. Could it be because of cedek's or something else maybe some one found solution for this problem?
