Languages in PlugIns (1 Viewer)

Hello, I nearly finished my PlugIn and allready published it on the german forum in the german language.
Now I want to add support for other languages.
Is there a common method or workflow for add other languages?
I read about transiflex, but how can I implement it.
Or which plugin Source could I use to "steal" these methods?

Transifex works really great, but that's also based on the size of the translate team behind it.
In your case i assume it's best to ask the community for help (so best to open a topic about your plugin in the English section of the forum). Users can use the Language Tool to translate the strings.
