Leadtek TV2000 XP Deluxe - help a newbie (1 Viewer)

Hey,
I got a Leadtek TV2000 XP Deluxe card that I want to use with media portal...but I have no idea how to configure this.
The remote is most important...but I'd like to be able to use TV-in as well if it's possible.

What's the "theory" for configuring the remote? Like selecting some kind of driver, and then programming the remote´s buttons...?

Can someone point me in the right direction, is there a howto I should read first...? As topic says...I'm a newbie here so all help is very appreciated

Is that information the most current...that the card isn't supported and I need this girder plugin?

I have a plugin for Media Portal that allows the use of this remote. It's not finished, but you should be able to see if it works on your system. Let me know if this sounds interesting and I'll upload it somewhere.

I just installed girder (and the mp plugin) and started it...and it was less than obvious how it works. Does someone have a howto on how to configure this stuff...?

Or you can just write a few short lines right here on what to think of

...or I'll stop being lazy and try it myself...all is fine by me
