TV-Server Version: v0.3--06-19-2007--01-22h--Rev14918
MediaPortal Version: MediaPortal-svn--06-19-2007--00-59-Rev14918
Windows Version: Windows XP SP2
CPU Type: AMD 2600+
HDD: 40gb
Memory: 512MB
Motherboard: Albatron K8M-800-754
1. TV Card: LeadTek WinFast DTV1000-T
1. TV Card Type: analog/DVB-T

I've installed the latest SVN of TVServer and MediaPortal. TVServer picks up my WinFast DTV1000-T tuner (well, the digital part at least). It won't however pickup the analog portion of the card.

There are BDA drivers installed for the digital part but the analog connection is via a WDM Capture Device.

Is it possible to get the analog portion supported? I want to use Foxtel via the S-Video connection on the card. It works fine in the WinPVR2 software.

Well, I got the digital portion working with the DTV2000 drivers but I still cannot get the analogue working. I've got Foxtel hooked up to the CVBS input.

I'm using the latest MediaPortal (v0.2.3.0 RC2).

This is what is in the capturecards.xml file:
Code:

Anyone have any ideas?

I've also been trying for a while now to get Austar working via the analog (composite) in on the Leadtek 1000 T.

I have manage to get the video working in Graphedit so I supose it should work in MP if I can edit the capturecard.xml file correctly, still having a problem with the audio although I think it a problem with my system.

Might have a play tonight using a modified version of your config

How is the quality (HD/SD) and zapping speeds on these cards. Thinking of adding the 1000t to my server as I can get for $45. Not looking at the analog use within MP. I will use analog outside of MP to convert some old VHS tapes I have to files.

Hi there, I'm experiencing the same issue - MediaPortal does not identify my DTV1000T as a hybrid card and thus I cannot use the analogue inputs. I've done a few searches and it seems that a few people have reported the same issue: I'm wondering if it was rectified?

    Thank you very much,
    -Travis

    Hi Brasil

So you only see one tuner in TV Server configuration?
If the analog tuner has a WDM driver then it is not currently supported...

Thanks, that's disappointing. I guess I'll have to find a new card that's also compatible with my 64 bit environment...

    Hi again

You can find information about the tuners we support on our wiki. Keep in mind that analog tuners are not officially supported...
