I am also looking for support for this card, - Setup > Television > Capture Card doesnt recognize it but it works perfectly under Winfast PVR (WinXP) and Knoppmyth (linux).

I have the same problem in Win 11 pro and MP 2.4.1... As soon I move the mouse the MP client turns really slow or unresponsive.

Also maybe try increasing the 'Tune' timeout in the TV Serve Configuration -> General tab -> Scan tab - see: General Configuration
Default is 2 seconds - maybe try 5 seconds?
