I've noticed that the "disable timeshifting" option disappeared with the new TV-Server.

I noticed that when a stream is open automatically a timeshift file is created.
If I understand well that is connected to the RTSP specification ... the client have access to the file recorded, not just a network stream.
That adds the possibility to play, stop, record and things like that from the client side.

Normally I would like the possibility to do very fast TV-Zapping, and that was why I turned of the TS in the old MyTV ... but ... if I have understand well that is not possible with the new TV-Server (due to RTSP compatibility).

Did I understand well ????

Tell me Jack, what about your time lag when switching channels?? 2-3 seconds or more??
The TS option is also important for me. Is your machine one seat setup?
