hey all... i just invested in a lifeview dvb-t duo cardbus, but got MANY problems with it...
this is not a mediaportal thread, but i didnt really know where to post it...
i got it to work on this machine under xp x86, but the driver for my wlan disconnects in xp... i dunno why. wlan works flawless on vista, therefor i will have to run vista... but when i insert the cardbus running vista it crashes and gives me BSOD... i tried boot my lappie up in safe mode and install the drivers, and it installs after many tries... but when i boot up in normal mode again and inserts the cardbus it crashes again...
i have tried with the following drivers from lifeviews homepage and the lifeview cd that came with the card..
v13.32.01.001(x64) / a xp driver - didnt think it would work and it didnt...
v13.35.04.001(DTM) / a vista driver - installs after a few tries...
v2.11.02 / read on another forum that it worked with this old xp driver. but i guess its on a x86 installation...
does anyone have any ideas how to get it to work... i struggled alot by now and went that far to reinstall my os 2 times by now...
i am running vista ultimate x64 sp1 on a dell latitude d830
