List of my videos ignores (or parses incorrectly) the date regional settings (1 Viewer)

    Description:
    Open "My videos" with the "list" view. The date format is different than the one defined by Windows.

    It is not the parsing, but something is wrong with the unicode

    Now I see that even when a data is just a part of a sentence it becomes wrong. So the problem is probably something with the way right to left characters are displayed. It seems that when there are right-to-left characters involved, it gets messed up.
    Please see the pictures. All my folder names are in the format of
    <year-month-day description>. Marked in red an example of the same folder name displayed wrong in MP. You do not need to read Hebrew in order to see it, just see the date format.
    Normal Windows folder presents it as it should. But MP is getting confused when the sentence has right-to-left characters.
