Hello,
Recently I tried out the 'compress' option in MediaPortal : I tried to convert a mp2 file to xvid - failed, and tried again with wmv - this produced an invalid wmv file. When returning to the list of recorded items, I noticed the list was incomplete - only some of the recordings were shown. I quickly looked into the directory, and was happy to find all my recorded files there.
Somehow, MP refuses to show some of the files. I checked with SQLite the TVDatabaseV21.db3 file, but this database shows all recorded items in the 'recorded' table. The files which are shown are randomly distributed over the full list, it's not that only the first or last ones are shown, or that the list is ordered by genre, ...
