    Hi,

I am facing to following problem with live TV after fresh install of MP1.0.2 : time to time the live tv picture freezes. Nothing like zapping to other channel, or skipping forward/backward within stream helps. It is necessary to switch live TV off and on to get moving picture again. There is no action before freezing - simply looking at film and suddenly picture stands still. I attached logs gathered just after the freeze (11.8.2009 around 18:00).
    Thanks for any help...

i had the same problem a few weeks ago.

    I changed the Timeshift-folder to "C:\Timeshift"
after that, TV is running 24h a day without stopping

you can try to delete the timeshift files when TV hangs.

I dont find any errors in your attached logs (this does not mean that there a now errors, i just cant find them cause i am an user at all  )

This might seem like a dumb question but how do you change the audio codec files around?

I didn't change codec files. I just replaced Mainconcept audio codec with FFDShow audio codec in TV configuration...

oh well how did you do that then?

Well, simply run Mediaportal Configuration, go to TV section and select ffdshow audio codec in appropriate combobox. Of course you have to install FFDShow before doing this ;) (Either directly or download and install the latest SAF 4.0beta)
