Unfortunately ive come across very few tutorials on the web for DirectShow im afraid (and there are no good ones IMO).  There are a couple of good books, but they are deleted and quite hard to get hold of now.

Ive never really used directshow through .net, but I believe you create wrappers around the filters using interfaces, and construct the graph in code using these.  Someone more experienced will be able to explain it better.
