Loading cursor animation for MP like this... (1 Viewer)

hi, how can i add an hourglass cursor (gif, cur or flash) for MP when load any plugin or application, pictures, videos etc, like MCE.

For example:
click on mi Tv and show the cursor until load
smalltunnel.gif
