Logitech MediaPlay mouse or S510 Media Remote? (1 Viewer)

I'm a newbie to mediaportal and looking for advice on cordless keyboard/mouse and remote to buy. I can get the S510 keyboard/mouse/media remote bundle for 41uk pounds, or the mediaplay mouse only for around 30ukp.

Are these good solutions to control MP? Any other recommendations?

I have the same mouse/keyboard. I love them, but were you able to get the media buttons to work properly? (The ones on the right side of the keyboard)

Play button STOP button...etc...?

The KB and mouse work, but not the buttons that you WANT to work. The Play, Stop, Fwd, Rew, etc buttons do *not* work.

I sure wish somebody knew how to get them working though!

I think that with some versions of MP it works... but you have to activate some option HID???? :?

I use this program UberOptions, it lets you customize almost every key in setpoint. Works great on the remote and keyboard
