Hallo,

first: Mediaportal ist a first-class work! Thanks to all developers.

My problem:

Channel swithing times between HDTV channels (DVB-S2) are up to 20 sec, while switching between
'normal' (DVB-S) channels is done in 1-2 seconds.

Example:
ARD->ZDF :1,5 sec
ARD->Arte HD 12 sec
Arte-HD->Eins Festival HD 1,5 sec
Eins Festival HD->Arte HD 12 sec
Arte-HD->Das Erste HD 13 sec
etc.

This behavior exists in all versions from 1.01 to 1.1.0

If I use HomeTheatre (this came with the TeVII Cards), the switching time is ~ 2sec, no
matter whether S or S2 channel.

Logs attached.

I posted this in the german forum, unfortunately no answer/solution up to now.
Perhaps anyone here can help.

Regards
Thomas

Long channel switching time HDTV Update

Hello,

now updated to Windows 7 Home.

Same problem.

With Windows Media Center no problems switching between S and S2 channels,
switching time always below 2 seconds.

Nobody any hints ?
