looong time to change channel and to turn TV Off (1 Viewer)

FIXED: Prob my disk was a little bit sad. scandisk and defrag helped.

I never had this prob before so I thought I might try and see if any of u guys had any tips....

When I change the channel it takes along time. If I look on the server log it stops on the
subch:0 stop tif
and I have no clue what this does. It just sits there for 20 seconds!!!!
I took the logs from both the MP and the server from the same time and it just sits there...Wierd.
I am using a svn from today.updated both MP and the server.
