If I switch channel in fullscreen TV mode just zapping up and down everything works fine, BUT, when I switch from one DVB-T channel to one DVB-S channel (and the opposite) MP return to the TV window mode (previous screen).
Single seat setup.
This doesn't happen with the old TV engine and same SVN
Is it a common problem ? (or maybe a driver issue?)
I will add logs this evening if needed when I'll be at home.

I have this behaviour too, but couldn't get a real pinpoint on it, since it acts randomly.

After lots of testing, the only cause I can think of is that it happens when somehow the 'stream' of this channels is not arriving 'in time' @ the client, or that somehow the headers/first data of that streamed channel is not 100% as MP client wants it.

I tested it with VLC directly after switching channel with MP and VLC always seems to pickup the stream tho.

This bug goes a bit futher even.

Sometimes MP give still Full Screen TV view, but it 'thinks' it's in guide, according to the 'title' in the window-top bar when in windowed mode.

This results that you can't use the channel ups/downs anymore, since it acts like being in the 'GUIDE' screen but it's showing full screen TV.

I've a setup with analogue and dvb-s cards, and this is mostly reproducable when indeed switch to another capture card, making TVE3 building a new TS file. It's gotta have to do with the timeout MP client has on recieving the stream, since when the stream is fast enough ariving @ the MP Client, this behaviour is not shown.

Additional, with the latest TVE3 build, we can see clients that are receiving a stream. In the case the MP clients seems to time out 'badly', I see that 'manual' in TVE3 is showing that it's timeshifting a channel, but that 'streaming server' is not showing any MP client. In this case the MP client or just stays in guide doing nothing really, or sometimes just freezed up.
