Lost BBC4 (1 Viewer)

For the last few days I've been unable to tune into BBC4, so I deleted it and rescanned (using the correct Crystal Palace preset) but it doesn't find it and shows "4tp - 530167 8Mhz :No Signal" which I'm guessing is relevant as BBC4 was previously showing to be on 530000.

Is the B Mux down on the Crystal Palace transmitter or is it more likely that there's some local problem that's causing me to be unable to receive it?
