Lv3h hybrid card from not only tv (1 Viewer)

Hi guys
I have a lv3h tv card, it' s work ok with aver arcsoft totalmedia 3.5 but with mediaportal only the dvbt is ok and connexiant analog part doesn't work. When i try to scan program on tv server configuration the program goes on crash.

Someone have some suggestion?:oops:
