Make the song that is currently playing a different font color? (1 Viewer)

I really love this skin. One thing that bugs me is when using the fanart handler there is quite a bit of text and the song that is currently playing doesn't stand out very well and can be easily confused with the next song playing. Can the font color of the current song playing be changed to like a dark orange or dark yellow or something?

On edit I went ahead and did a quick mock up in photoshop, I think this is much cleaner. It's attached along with the original.
