I have noticed this on both the 1.01 and 1.02 builds. More often than not, when I try to choose the Manual Control tab on the TV-Server Config, nothing happens. The top of the main window shows the Manual Control title, but the rest of the window stays on the previously selected title.
The error log shows the following:

If concurrency control is enabled this may indicate that the record was updated or deleted by another process.
