I could be asking a dumb question here, but here is goes...
I see that alot of you have 2 or 3 TV cards installed.
This is for recording and or watching on more than 1 TV at the same time I believe.
What I am wondering is this: I use a FireDTV-C card with a Alphacrypt CAM to decode the digital TV singal.
I still have a PVR 150 card somewhere, but am I wrong to say that I will not be able to record anything on it since the signal should first be decypted (by the CAM) like it is in the FireDTV-C card?
So I am wondering why some of you have somany TV cards: do you watch alot of unencrypted channels, do you have a CAM for everycard (that would be a bit expencive I think) or are you able to record encrypted channels some other way?
Or am I missing something completely?
