mce back and more button problem!! (1 Viewer)

i have been having a problem with the mce remote and keyboard and its driving me crazy
the back and more button just doesnt work, the only thing that works is the esc button on the mce keyboard.

i have tried deleting these two keys through the config and recreating them again nada.
deleted the keymap.xml and created a new one nada again

im attaching the log file

whenever these 2 keys seem to be pressed the log shows an error.

Firstly, I would go into Device manager, locate the ehome ir receiver and uninstall it, once done, remove the ir receivers usb connection and reboot, when windows loaded reconnect receiver.

Now see if the relevant keys work correctly.
