Suppose to make video/tv run as the background.
But that button is currently broken. See http://nolanparty.com/mediaportal.sourceforge.net/mantis/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0000399
The code that handles this button is currently commented out in the source.
Hmm. I've not tested this but it would appear that Frodo has fixed this in 0.1.0.10 according to Mantis http://nolanparty.com/mediaportal.sourceforge.net/mantis/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0000399
