I am new, I see all the skins in the config under skins except MCE. I did load the new version 0.0.0.4. What am I missing?
MCE is NOT in 0.0.0.4, but will be in the next release.

Thinking about this now, you probably also needed to delete the font cache files in the MP "Cache" folder. That would trigger MP to regenerate the font cache files the next time that the MP client starts. Sorry for forgetting to mention that.
