Cannot open your logs, are you using any specific program for zip files 
What codec is being used, you can find out by using graphstudio with MP in windowed mode, play file, then run GS and connect to remote graph.

I just uninstalled AnyDVDHD due to RedFox being no longer reachable, and I have taken the MakeMKV route described in this thread...
