MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0
Having installed version 2.3.0 of mediaportal, I now find that it remains running in the background for about 30 seconds after exiting the program.
It seems to do this only if I accessed the Program Guide, then exit. Because it is running in the background it won't let me launch the program again unless I close the process in the task manager.
Is this normal? If so what is Media Portal doing? Is it trying to update the EPG?
Whilst on the subject of the EPG also, how do I know where media portal is getting its epd data from? I've been trying to use webepg, but I am not sure if the channels information is actually coming from the DVB signal or from the information that the webepg downloaded??
