Media Portal to start on monitor2? (1 Viewer)

is there anyway i can get media portal to start full screen on monitor 2 (my secondary monitor).....i dont see an option anywhere and if i minimize it and move it to the 2nd monitor when i try to make it full screen it goes back to the 1st monitor......any ideas?

sorry i was not more clear.......i have tried those links and they do not work because i am running vista....is there anything to get it working on the secondary display in vista?
